Wine Glass

I have been looking for a Wine glass for a couple of weeks somehow,
BUT since i went to Mastros Restaurant and had an amazing experience, my feeling has risen day by day. Last weekend I visited Clate and Barrel  and Bloomingdales as usual, and bought it at last.

Unfortunately since it was out of stock, I tried to make a reservation that I come again to receive directly it here not using delivery service.

Quality of logistics and IT system which Bloomingdales has is well structured, this system always have given me information of logistic situation by email. I think such a high quality is absolutely same as Japanese one, but logistics giant was born in USA Amazon! It is not surprising.

Since I heard "Delivered on" by email I went there to receive it. as guided to customer service, a previous visiter has already been there. She asked a gift-lap, The person in charge took a SO long time, at last to lap one gift he took 20minutes.
Interestingly some store staff came here and talked to him, but they never attend on me.

Even if the quality of Logistic and IT system is same,  the quality of service is not same at all.

"It is not my business".  Not service but culture. I stood tonight.
