Beef Eye Of Round Steak

Since I went to Mastro's Restaurant, I'm totally hooked on Steak but cooking by myself every time
. This day I tried a Beef eye of round steak.
In this case "Eye" means the best parts of meat, "Round" is a part of leg.

Anyway it's on the fifth try.


just took it out of pack. First put it into warm water(40 degrees).  It's better to up temperature gradually.



  
until the meat finishes warming up,  I enjoy appetizers(Green beans and Zuccini with Salt&Pepper). 


After warming up,  season meat with salt & pepper all over the surface.

cook it over "super" gentle heat.

while cooking enjoy various cheeses with wine.

  2. It's so blissful moment. Actually I enjoyed four hours from 6 to 10. I am looking forward to weekend.
