At July-end a shocking news was picked up. It happend near my office.
News said that a man shot his boss and killed himself by shooting after he was fired.

Today 5th August  I heard the serious talk on the street as going home. A women would be fired today, so she was trying to back down to him. as long as I see he did not do so.
 I cannot forget her saying [I am so sorry I am so sorry!!!]

It was rainy days,  she was asking to him lots of time.


I talked to my colleague about employment just yesterday.  She told as below.
It is usual in USA.

Lollapalooza 2014

A big music festival was taken at Chicago this weekend. This festival is called as Lollapalooza.
I don't know about this festival detailed, somehow it sounds very famous , we can say that it looks like FujiRock festival in Japan.

I walked around  this place this afternoon of course I could not enter into there as I don't have a ticket. Nevertheless the weather was not fine but many people entered into this park from one to the next.

I had an interest about a certain thing.
it is how do they check the ticket which people had to enter into the park. This ticket looks list band type. Here is USA so they would check strictly weather people have it or not for Security, or Here is USA so they are taking it easy.

The answer is....  They are speaking loudly to people,  [Raise your hand!!]
